I do, mostly with my running...
If we can't recognise it we can't change it

In the past two years, I have had to entirely redefine the way I look at so-called failures.

Some of the greatest shame I have felt is because of the pressure put on myself to succeed.

I have since learned that if we never 'fail' we never learn.
