Holly has amassed over 50,000 followers across her social media platforms and her award winning YouTube Channel 'Happy Me TV' also offers regular advice on navigating life and all it's challenges. Holly used this space to vlog about the death of her husband to brain cancer, which generated huge press interest in her story and allowed her to turn her pain into something positive.

Holly is a qualified Life Coach, NLP practitioner, hypnotherapist and award winning author, who has coached thousands of people across the world (across all walks of life, from Mums on the school run to Brit winning pop stars).

Her debut book The Happy Me Project- A no nonsense guide to self development won Health and Wellbeing Magazines best wellbeing book of 2022 and hit number 1 on Amazon the day it released.

She is the co-founder of the Miracle Choice Game, a Certified Life Coach through The Life Coach School, and a Non-Violent Communication (NVC) Facilitator trained by Marshall Rosenberg. Her NVC training led to the introduction of this powerful communication method in Brazil in 1999, in partnership with the University of Peace.

Catia specializes in guiding women ready to make significant life changes but who feel stuck and unable to take the next step. Through personalized coaching, she provides a simple and clear roadmap for moving forward, empowering them to make bold and fulfilling changes with confidence.

Her coaching philosophy centers on helping individuals to connect with their best selves.
