We walk you through a simple formula to get comfortable with spontaneous, vocal prayer using these steps:

    1. Acknowledge and thank God
    2. Remember what he has done and what he is doing
    3. Bring a petition before God
    4. Call upon the name of Jesus

    We also include ways to incorporate your favorite scripture verses and ways of addressing God, as well as how to listen to the promptings of the Holy Spirit in the midst of prayer.
