Ben Munro is a father, friend, President of Currumbin Beach Vikings Surf Lifesaving Club, and occasional Barrister-at-Law. Following his own journey of self-realisation, Ben has immersed himself in developing his skills to support family, friends, clients and colleagues to discover their truth and grow towards a more authentic life. Ben’s purpose in life is to create meaningful connections and to be a true friend to assist others to identify their own purpose. He is particularly passionate about youth development and supporting men in their transition to Eldership, a path along which Ben continues to wander himself.

Which means that if you're spending if you're spending 90 per cent of your time in your mind in the future. You know, I had a very. One of my very wise teachers reminded me that, you know, your life is where your awareness is"
