refreshingly pragmatic and optimistic

this podcast (part 2 of 2) took a close look at how we can make our voices heard, keep our health in our own hands, and find community in an era of mandates and fear. I salute Joel and Sina for their practicality and bravery. I look forward to more podcasts from them- it is podcasts like this that encourage me to keep my audible membership!

outstanding segment

I absolutely was blown away by many of the pearls of information in this segment and I have been researching in this space for a long time myself. really hoping Dr. Osborne comes back on for another segment, and as always Joel and Sina delivered just as many useful things as their guest. not sure if it's just me but the show note links didn't appear to be working.

Objective information

Great objective information. Great book as well (Beyond Labels). Worth a read even if you don't agree with the authors (I do) to see how these agencies operate.
