Another solo episode of the Big Brother Manna podcast while I continue to work on finding new guests. Scheduling as adults is hard. In this borderline organized episode of BBM I talk about letting people have fun, my highlights of a lackluster Nintendo presentation and talk big projects on the horizon.

Cards on the table everyone, I thought long and hard about quitting. I'm not. This episode is very rough but very honest and genuine. Join me as I talk what happened, and how I plan to bounce back moving forward. Also the return of another project of mine revealed!

I'm going to be, pun intended, direct. Major technical difficulties were involved in this episode. More than I even realized before I went to do the light editing I thought it needed. A lot of them are video but as you will notice some of them are audio as well. I decided to post it anyway. It was fun, and genuine, and a shame the quality isn't better. If you decide it's too much to deal with and stop, I understand and I promise it will all be ironed out by my next main episode. If you bear through it, I hope you enjoy it.

As you can see from the title. It's just me alone this week. Not comfortable calling it episode 5 when it wasn't produced the way I intended. It's about community not about me. However, I wanted to put out something and I did say some important things on my mind, as well as get a little silly. It's very ranty and I apologize for that. Hopefully will return strong with an actual guest as life is calming down.

On this new episode of Big Brother Manna I have on a friend from the internet (but very much so still a friend) gamer and game reviewer, AndresPlays. Andres was a blast to talk to because like me he values the importance of forming your own healthy opinion and standing by it. He also like me values the importance of mental health. We are gamers so naturally we did talk about gaming, but this episode took a deep dive on not only mental health but also self-reflection and I hope it invigorates you the way it invigorated me.

In an episode that again has accidentally doubled in length we talk video gaming, board gaming, music, influences, mental health awareness, taking action and the benefits of rewiring your outlook on life. Also as a bonus I show off some lego sets to a live audience I accidentally had.

Checking in with an old friend content creator PosllaTV. What was meant to be a 45 minute mental health check in turned into a two hour conversation. Poslla and I talk about gaming, music, tv and honestly just about everything before we even got deep into the nitty gritty of our mental health struggles and victories. We talk goals and setbacks, personal tastes, things we do to stay refreshed etc. This episode almost has to have something for everyone. I hope you enjoy it.
