"Bistec" is a production of Nuestro Studios, with executive production, direction, and screenplay by Manuel Ruiz-Barrera. Sound design, mixing, mastering, and editing were handled by Jaime Almiral, Jr. Efrain Gonzalez and Felix Montelara served as associate producers, and Ernesto Fundora, Amaury Pacheco, and Iris Ruiz contributed as script supervisors and story consultants.
