Jordan Neely died after Daniel Penny held him in a chokehold. On Wednesday, the medical examiner’s office said the cause of death was compression of the neck, applied by Daniel Penny, and ruled it a homicide, committed by Daniel Penny. He was questioned by New York City police and later released

Kathleen Casillo slammed her BMW into Black Lives Matter protesters in New York and received just five hours of community service for her crime.

Kathleen Casillo, 53, walked free this week after striking a plea deal. Kathleen Casillo faced up to seven years in jail if she was found guilty of the December 2020 crime that injured six peaceful protesters.

The deal allows Kathleen Casillo’s record to show that she’s guilty of the misdemeanor charge of reckless endangerment.

If Kathleen Casillo completes the light community service and stays out of trouble for six months, officials and her lawyer said, her record will only show a disorderly conduct charge.

Kathleen Casillo had asserted that she accidentally hit her gas pedal because the protesters were behaving aggressively, but video surveillance appeared to refute these claims.

  • Black Lives Don't Matter - Black History
    Apr 3 2023

An unrelenting assault on truth and freedom is underway here in America. And Florida is leading the charge. Ron DeSantis’s rejection of the AP African American Studies course says it all. Mr. DeSantis! You are passing laws (or trying to) that censor and suppress the viewpoints, histories, and experiences of BLACK PEOPLE, Gay people, Brown, Red, and even White people who don't think like you or have as much money as you.

Oh, then there's the “Stop WOKE” law — Stop WOKE? WTF is Woke?

It's the past tense of wake. as in awaken, to cause to stop sleeping. "My banging around in the kitchen woke my wife"

So, Ron DeSantis wants us colored folks to stay sleep!

The opposite of Woke is HYPNOTIZED! Let's Stay Woke. Raised, Stimulated, Agitated, Informed, Alerted, and my favorite synonym for woke is; Turned Out. Let's Turn Out, and vote this guy out.

Another opposite of Woke, Imperilled, as in endangered.

Mr. DeSantis has broken the State of Florida's state-issued mandate that all students be taught “the history of African Americans, including the history of African peoples before the political conflicts that led to the development of slavery, the passage to America, the enslavement experience, abolition and the contributions of African Americans to society.”

That's the law! I ain't no lawyer but, Section 1003.42(2)(h), of the Florida Statutes, says "WE TEACH BLACK HISTORY IN FLORIDA"

    Check me! https://www.fldoe.org/core/fileparse.php/7506/urlt/BS-RequiredInstruct.pdf

Hey, you know what? Thank you, Mr. Ron DeSantis, you inspire me. You, one man, have turned the study of the Black experiences into a prohibited category.

You violate a person's right to an accurate, truthful education.

You have denied us our First Amendment freedoms of speech and expression; to the extent, they harm certain groups based on race, gender, or another protected status.

This podcast host believes that Governor DeSantis is guilty of the state-sponsored dehumanization of an entire race of people. We The People can not let this guy be President.

Now you see what I mean by Black Lives Don't Matter.

  • Black Lives Dont Matter - DeSantis Edition
    Mar 10 2023

Not too many weeks ago Ron DeSantis held a news conference in which he called the critical race theory “crap!” This "Crap", Critical race theory is a way of thinking about America’s history through the lens of racism. It was developed during the 1970s and 1980s in response to what scholars viewed as a lack of racial progress following the civil rights legislation of the 1960s. It centers on the idea that racism is systemic in the nation’s institutions and that they function to maintain the dominance of white people in society. Therefore I say "Black Lives Don't Matter" This is my podcast.

Black Lives Don't Matter - Shut Your Black Ass Up - Voter Suppression In America

"Organizers of the 1963 march realized that "Change does not come from Washington but to Washington. The March on Washington teaches us that we are not trapped by the mistakes of history; that we are masters of our fate. But it also teaches us that the promise of this nation will only be kept when we work together.” - Barack Obama

President Obama’s words remind us that in order to continue the fight for Martin Luther King’s dream of justice for all Americans, we must join together in challenging all signs of discrimination. As we continue to face attacks on voting rights across the country.

Stand up, Show up, and VOTE.

    How can you help?

If you want to help get people to the polls, contact your local election office and find out how you can volunteer to register voters, or work the polls on Election Day.

If you're a business owner, make a commitment to give your employees time off to vote during elections.

If you need to register to vote — or if you have questions about your local election office, voting by absentee ballot, or how to avoid voter fraud — visit USA.gov.
