  • Book Talks the Podcast Episode 58: End-Time Living by David S Heeren
    Mar 11 2025

David S. Heeren’s End-Time Living is a compelling synthesis of biblical prophecy and practical discipleship, offering readers both a lens to interpret turbulent times and a compass to navigate them with purpose. With the urgency of a watchman and the heart of a pastor, Heeren bridges ancient scripture and contemporary crises, arguing that eschatology is not a niche theological debate but a call to intentional, hope-filled living. The book’s central thesis—“The end times are not a countdown to fear, but a catalyst for faithfulness”—resonates as both a challenge and a comfort.

  • Book Talks the Podcast Episode 57: Precept Seven For The Powers Of Heaven Shall Be Shaken
    Mar 10 2025

For our conversation is in heaven; from whence also we look for the Savior, the Lord Jesus Christ: (Phillippians 3:20)
And when ye shall see Jerusalem compassed with armies, then know that the desolation thereof is nigh. Then let them which are in Judaea flee to the mountains; and let them which are in the midst of it depart out; and let not them that are in the countries enter thereinto. For these be the days of vengeance, that all things which are written may be fulfilled. But woe unto them that are with child, and to them that give suck, in those days! for there shall be great distress in the land, and wrath upon this people. And they shall fall by the edge of the
sword, and shall be led away captive into all nations: and Jerusalem shall be trodden down of the Gentiles, until the times of the Gentiles be fulfilled. And there shall be signs in the sun, and in the moon, and in the stars; and upon the earth distress of nations, with perplexity; the sea and the waves roaring; Men’s hearts failing them for fear, and for looking after those things which are coming on the earth: for the powers of heaven shall be shaken. (Luke 21:20-26)

  • Book Talks the Podcast Episode 55: Precept seven, For The Powers Of Heaven Shall Be Shaken
    Aug 2 2024

In Episode 55 of Book Talks, the podcast delves into Precept Seven, titled "For The Powers Of Heaven Shall Be Shaken."

The episode begins with an exploration of the book’s cover, which was inspired by a trip to Alaska. The Father guided the author to capture images that perfectly align with the book’s theme. Following this, the discussion shifts to the concept of the "engrafted word"—the idea that the Bible contains impactful messages dispersed throughout various verses. The author explains how these messages have been intricately woven together to make them more accessible to readers.

The podcast also addresses how the author represents what might be perceived as the world’s foolishness, as part of God’s plan to challenge the wise and prudent. Listeners will learn about the chapter "I Will Leave the Light On For You," its origins, and the true meaning of being born again.

Further, the episode explores the significance of following Jesus through the author’s example, and the critical choice between heaven and hell. The author shares personal insights about living in a new earth and a new heaven, experiencing divine renewal while still present on this world.

The episode concludes with a discussion on the final chapter, "Reincarnation," and its implications in the broader context of the journey.

Tune in as Book Talks takes listeners through these profound and transformative themes.

  • Book Talks the Podcast Episode 54: Declaring The End From The Beginning Part 2
    Nov 14 2023

This is part two of Declaring the End from the beginning. In this part, we will be discussing how many confuse Jesus as being the Father and why it is so important to understand that we all are part of Jesus as one. Then we will discuss how our Father put a piece of Himself into each person that has ever been, is, or will be on the planet. Then we will be talking about how the word became flesh and that I am now, by the Father’s definition, the walking word of God in the flesh. We will be talking about how the scriptures actually teach against the rapture concept but many listening to their imaginations instead of listening to our Father. Then we will be talking about how our Father has been teaching me obedience. We will be talking about how I can hear Him talking everyday, all day long. And we will be showing the readers how the hear His voice just the same as I do. Then finally we will conclude with showing what the wars are all about, who is causing the wars, and who is actually fighting the wars. Then we will point out where we are biblically. Showing what we are getting ready to witness in the chapter of Luke 21.

  • Book Talks the Podcast Episode 52: Life Lessons From 7 Miles High: The View That Captured My Heart by Jeff Senour
    Oct 30 2023

As an aerial film pilot, Jeff Senour knows firsthand that there are moments of excitement and awe as well as moments he has had to face fear and the unknown.

Filming large aircraft going over 300 miles per hour is as safe as we make it as a result of thorough briefings and protocols. However, there are times unforeseen situations can emerge, kind of like life when we are presented with split-second decisions that have to be made.

After spending over 30,000 hours, roughly 3 ½ years in the air, aviation has taught Jeff many things about life. This journey is not all about the landing but soaring through this beautiful world, experiencing what each has in store. Usually, it’s a clear, smooth day but sometimes there’s a storm in our path that we have to navigate around or an emergency that pops up we have to take care of to avoid a worsening problem. Flying has taught Jeff about love, kindness, forgiveness, striving for perfection, and never accepting the status quo.

Jeff wants you to be inspired and motivated to live a life of gratitude and joy as well as find the flame that burns inside of each of us and the gifts that we’ve been given to leave this world a better place than when we came into it.

Almost 8 billion people on earth and no two of us are alike and each one of us has a purpose. We each have unique gifts and it’s our job to find those gifts and do something good with them.

Jeremiah 1:5 tells us, “Before I formed you in the womb I knew you, and before you were born, I consecrated you, I appointed you a prophet to the nations.”
