In today’s episode we have the pleasure to interview the legendary Robin Sharma author of many books, including “The Monk who sold His Ferrari” , “the 5am Club” and his most recent “The Wealth Money Can’t Buy”

Robin worked as a litigation lawyer until age 25, when he self-published MegaLiving (1994), a book on stress management and spirituality. But he became widely known for his second book, The Monk Who Sold His Ferrari which he self-published in 1997. After his second book became successful, he was able to quit his career as a lawyer and became a full-time writer. And we are certainly grateful for that! Robin has published 12 other books, and founded the training company Sharma Leadership International

Robin is now widely considered one of the world’s top leadership and personal development advisors. His clients include famed billionaires, professional sports superstars and many Fortune 100 companies. We also have so much respect for Robin as a humanitarian who, for over a quarter of a century, has been devoted to helping human beings realize their native gifts.

In this episode, you’ll about is latest book 'The Wealth Money Can't Buy’, about the importance of meditation and having daily practices, about the 8 forms of wealth and how it’s not all about money, what success actually is and how anyone can attain it, why you need to surround yourself with the right people, and understanding that we see the world not as it is, but as we are.

In today’s episode we have the pleasure to interview Andreas Phelps author of “The Sacred Practice of Integration”

Andreas is the principal and founder of The Collective Potential, a catalyst for change at the organizational, project team, and individual level. He has worn many hats throughout his life, being a structural engineer, forensic scientist, sustainable systems designer, researcher, human systems developer, general contractor, trainer, facilitator, socio-technical integrated systems thinker, listener, provocateur, storyteller, work therapist, scalability consultant, systems optimizer, learner, annoying question asker, and - when the pressure is right – sometimes a maker of “diamonds.” Through his work, he strives to understand as much as I can about nature (inner and outer), the relationships between elements, and creative ways to manifest our collective potential.

In this episode, you’ll learn about how Andreas got into spirituality and what it has to do with day-to-day life, how in paradox we progress, how to lead change, how you already know what you need to, the importance of transcending the limits of who you thought you were and becoming something greater, why you need practices to create presence and not fighting reality, why you should have gratitude for everything (even the bad stuff), why ego may not be the enemy, and much more!

We had a great time talking with Andreas and he is an absolute wealth of knowledge for progressing every part of your life.
