  • 23. 8 Rules of love by Jay Shetty
    Mar 9 2023

We can all agree that love is a beautiful thing when you learn how best to give to another and even to yourself as well as receive it. Without gently and patiently opening ourselves up to alternative ways of doing this love thing, and holding space for each other to eventually slowly embody these practices, it can easily become the leading cause for mental issues that can lead to dire consequences. What is love? How do you find it? How do you navigate it? How do you let it go? Who am I without a partner? These are a few of the questions that Jay Shetty helps us to find answers to through this much acclaimed book in recent times. This best seller aims to help you with your own definition of love and develop the skills to practice and enjoy love in all its forms daily.
