Local authorities believe that Attorney Gary Zerola, raped and or sexually assaulted more than 20 women, since the 1990's. Zerola, was just convicted of rape and burglary, he was sentenced to 5-10 years in prison. This sentence comes on the heels of him, beating two separate rape trials, previously.
Zerola's M.O. Gary flirts with pretty, young girls ply's them with tremendous amounts of alcohol. He then implies to the women, "It is time to pay him back" The story is as old as time. It looks like Attorney Zerola, will be tied up for the next three years or so. Ladies take a good look at this guy and give hime a good leaving alone!

  • Sean Ellis Part 1 (replay) The HBO series Trial 4 is fatally slanted toward the defendant
    Jul 15 2024

    Send us a Text Message.

The HBO film Trial 4, is a virtual hagiography for Sean Ellis. The HBO-Netflix documentary is so slanted in favor of Sean Ellis it is difficult to digest. In order to believe Sean Ellis is innocent, you'd have to believe that his uncle, best friend, and girlfriend were (are) lying. To our knowledge none of these witnesses, that tied Ellis directly to the brutal 1993, homicide recanted their testimony, why? Sean Ellis's co-defendant told the police Sean Ellis shot Det. Mulligan five times in the face, Sean's girlfriend testified Sean brought the guns to her house, she left her fingerprint on the weapon. Sean's Uncle Dave asked Sean where the guns were, Sean gave detailed information as to where and how the guns were hidden, that is exactly how the weapons were recovered. So The question is where is the mystery in this case? It is true that corrupt police detectives were involved in Sean Ellis's case, the remedy for that is a retrial, but claims of actual innocence? That is simply a gigantic leap in logic.

  • Karen Read Wrap Up- a hung jury shocked Massachusetts, corruption was apparently not enough to sway all jurors

A shocking outcome for the Karen Read Trial, A hung jury! How could this happen? There are many issues to investigate, what was the split among jurors? What more would it have taken for a unanimous verdict? The sad reality is that the system is broken, when an obviously corrupted case made it to the jury. This verdict is a real head scratcher. Make NO mistake the State would do this same thing to you and yours!

Would the State of Massachusetts retry Karen Read, in light of a pending federal investigation? Some law enforcement witness would likely have been arrested by the time a new trial rolled around. • Karen Read-June 10, 2024-Trooper Proctor's testimony shocks Massachusetts, forensics dominate the remainder of the week
    Jun 17 2024

Some of the most alarming testimony in this case was revealed, as Trooper Michael Proctor was called by the prosecution. He had called Karen Read some of the most sexist and derogatory names, via text to his high school friends and to his superiors at the Massachusetts State Police. At times, there was audible gasps from the jurors. The defense absolutely destroyed TPR. Proctor, in every way imaginable. Problems of chain of custody persisted . Proctor NEVER apologized to Karen Read. The next witness was Lt. Brian Tully, however the memories of Proctor's testimony echoed through the day. The rest of the week was dominated by forensics scientists. Don't miss this episode!

  • Karen Read Case-June 3, 2024 What a week it was, forensics and inverted video, were on the docket

We finally had a State Police Trooper on the stand, But it was not lead detective Proctor. We also had some Mass State Police forensic techs on the stand, Adam Lally seemingly wanted to bore the jury to sleep and he was largely successful. One of the scientists appeared near tears when she had to name Detective Proctor. We ended the week with some excitement from Yuri Bukhenik. The Commonwealth put on a video that illustrated the MSP’s work inside the CPD Sallyport, all seemed well, until cross examination, which revealed the Prosecution submitted mirrored and possibly doctored video footage. What a week! Please share this episode!

  • 5 takeaways from the Karen Read Trial to date:Lemme tell ya a couple a three things (or so)

Some new revelations and some old "gems". The newly revealed 2:22am phone conversations between Brian Albert and Brian Higgins occurred was revealed, what was the topic of conversation? Because no one knew that John O'Keefe was injured / dead.

The condition of the body. A six thousand pound SUV struck John going twenty-four miles an hour, yet there is no bruising, no broken bones. Does that make actual sense?

The taillights. Karen leaves John's house at 5:08am, she departed, striking John's vehicle as she does so. At that time you can see the light is mostly intact, if your eyes aren't lying, then how could the taillights already be on the lawn at Fairview at 12:30-1:00pm?
