We are the Bread and Better Podcast, a women’s holistic health podcast where we believe that better begins with us! We talk about the relatable issues that are affecting all of our your lives right now, but we don’t take ourselves too seriously, so expect laughs and a few swear words, like chatting about life with your besties over a cocktail or a coffee. We’re your hosts Alex and Tegan, two thirty-something women with very different careers and home lives. I am Alex, a podcast producer, writer and mum of three. And I am Tegan, a personal trainer, sports nutritionist and chef, who is solely responsible for myself and a pooch named Kenny.

Together we bring you a podcast that we are truly passionate about with the aim to help improve the lives of all the women who listen, from tips for health and fitness, mental health awareness, personal development, inspiring women’s stories and more! We have been lucky to have been joined by so many incredible women on the podcast - from surrogates to athletes, to spicy dancers and health practitioners, and women just like you who have an interesting and inspiring story to share. We have realised by creating this podcast just how incredible the women around us are - but you are going to need to listen to find out for yourself.
