  • On June 8th, 1994 a horrible crime was committed in the quiet town in Poco, British Columbia. For many people, weed is a part of life, but for the black market growers, it sometimes can become the worst decision of their lives. a body washes up in the Fraser River in PoCo, tangled amongst logs. The victim, John Doe at the time, had no identification on him, only the clothes off his back, hands and feet hogtied, and duct tape wrapped all over his face. engulfing this man's nose, mouth, and throat. It was about 24 ft of duct tape, asphyxiating the man. The pathology report suggests that the tape around the victim's head had shifted upwards in response to the skin loosening while the body was submerged post mortem as a result of the Frasers river currents. What led some to believe he might have still been alive while being dumped into the river...
