Yellow Spot is the older, more astute uncle of Green Spot. I imagine his house lined with mahogany paneling and leather bound books. A completely different experience tasting a more mature Irish Whiskey, to the point where you get confused during the first sniff. Caol Ila is one of those distilleries located in Scotland that has a very small but very diehard fan base. Caol Ila is known for being the 'peaty' element in Johnny Walker, but it's so much more than that.
