    (This podcast was previously recorded and published on September 22 2020) Jesus Ministries, Joan Boney ... The apostle Paul speaks of "revelations" from God in the following scripture: I Corinthians 14:26 How is it then, brethren? when ye come together, every one of you hath a psalm, hath a doctrine, hath a tongue, hath a revelation, hath an interpretation. Let all things be done unto edifying. In a "revelation", God opens our eyes to see something. The first time this happened to me was over the following scripture. Matthew 24 3 And as HE (Jesus) sat upon the mount of Olives, the disciples came unto Him privately, saying, Tell us, when shall these things be? and what shall be the sign of Thy coming, and of the end of the world? 4 And Jesus answered and said unto them, Take heed that no man deceive you. 5 For many shall come in my name, saying, I am Christ; and shall deceive many. God explained it this way to me: Many would come saying I (Jesus) am Christ and because they say "Jesus is Lord" , Christians will listen to them and they will be able to deceive many. The first time I read this, I thought they were going to say they themselves were Christ. But if they did that, they would not be accepted in the church by most of the church. The other way, they will be able to deceive "many". *** Another revelation from the Spirit of God: This God explained to me in 1982 when I was reading the Bible. II Thessalonians 2:3-4 Let no man deceive you by any means: for that day shall not come, except there come a falling away first, and that man of sin be revealed, the son of perdition; Who opposeth and exalteth himself above all that is called God, or that is worshipped; so that he as God sitteth in the temple of God, shewing himself that he is God. God said to me: "It is not that people will fall away from the churches but rather the churches will fall away from scripture" *** Then in approximately 2017, God explained the following: II Thessalonians 2:6-7 NASB And you know what restrains him now, so that in his time he will be revealed. For the mystery of lawlessness is already at work; only HE who now restrains will do so until HE (The Word) is taken out of the way. The concept God gave me is this: That which "restrained" antichrist, keeping antichrist out of the churches, was the scripture. When they fell away from scriptures, the door was opened for antichrist to move into the churches. The WORD, Jesus was the restraint against antichrist. *** As a new Christian, God showed me the following: Matthew 16 13 When Jesus came into the coasts of Caesarea Philippi, HE asked his disciples, saying, Whom do men say that I the Son of man am? 14 And they said, Some say that thou art John the Baptist: some, Elias; and others, Jeremias, or one of the prophets. 15 HE saith unto them, But whom say ye that I am? 16 And Simon Peter answered and said, Thou art the Christ, the Son of the living God. 17 And Jesus answered and said unto him, Blessed art thou, Simon Barjona: for flesh and blood hath not revealed it unto thee, but my Father which is in heaven. 18 And I say also unto thee, That thou art Peter, and upon this rock I will build my church; and the gates of hell shall not prevail against it. God explained this to me: Peter was blessed because it was God who revealed Jesus to him. And the rock is that word revealed by God. The gates of hell will not stand against that which God reveals to us. *** From the beginning of my time as being a Christian, God has shown Jesus to me as The Word. The Word is Jesus and Jesus is The Word. When I read Bible, "The Lord" is The Word. Psalm 23 1 The LORD (The Word) is my shepherd; I shall not want. 2 He (The Word) maketh me to lie down in green pastures: HE (The Word) leadeth me beside the still waters. (HE, The Word, causes me to go in the right direction. HE, The Word, leads me into the proper place. All I have to do is follow that which HE, The Word, tells me to do.) 3 HE (The Word) restoreth my soul: HE (The Word) leadeth me in the paths of righteousness for his name's sake. (His name's sake means: for the sake of The Word, HIS name.) *** Several years ago, as I was enroute to Albuquerque, New Mexico, just as the plane landed I heard from God, "Be baptized." My cousin, Church of Christ, picked me up at the airport. I said to her, "Jeanne, if you can arrange it, I will be baptized this afternoon before I return to Dallas." She was shocked, and said, "But you've already been baptized." I replied, "But I wasn't born again then. Now I am born again." (I don't think she understood what I was saying.) Several of my relatives had gathered at the church building that afternoon. The minister asked if I would like to say something. I replied, "I guess so." and I ...

  • Jesus said: "Take no thought for your life, what ye shall eat or what ye shall drink." HOW DO YOU DO THAT?

    (This podcast was previously recorded and published on October 7, 2020) Jesus Ministries, Joan Boney ... It sounds insane and impossible to take no thought for our lives. Yet that is what Jesus said to do. Jesus said, "But seek ye first the kingdom of God, and His righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you." (Matthew 6:33) We, who belong to God, seek the kingdom of God by praying, asking God to show us what to do. We also read the New Testament Bible and ask God for wisdom concerning that which we read. And we learn to follow the Spirit of God who shows us the will of God and the way to go in all matters that pertain to this present life. Matthew 11:28-30 Jesus says: Come unto ME (The Word), all ye that labour and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest. Take MY yoke upon you, and learn of ME (The Word); for I am meek and lowly in heart: and ye shall find rest unto your soul. For MY yoke is easy and MY burden is light. Yoking yourself to the word of God changes everything. ***** Matthew 6 Jesus says: 19 Lay not up for yourselves treasures upon earth, where moth and rust doth corrupt, and where thieves break through and steal: 20 But lay up for yourselves treasures in heaven, where neither moth nor rust doth corrupt, and where thieves do not break through nor steal: (Meditate on scripture and do Word of God and let scripture be your delight and it will be your treasure.) 21 For where your treasure is, there will your heart be also. 24 No man can serve two masters: for either he will hate the one, and love the other; or else he will hold to the one, and despise the other. Ye cannot serve God and mammon. 25 Therefore I say unto you, Take no thought for your life, what ye shall eat, or what ye shall drink; nor yet for your body, what ye shall put on. Is not the life more than meat, and the body than raiment? 26 Behold the fowls of the air: for they sow not, neither do they reap, nor gather into barns; yet your heavenly Father feedeth them. Are ye not much better than they? 27 Which of you by taking thought can add one cubit unto his stature? 28 And why take ye thought for raiment? Consider the lilies of the field, how they grow; they toil not, neither do they spin: 29 And yet I say unto you, That even Solomon in all his glory was not arrayed like one of these. 30 Wherefore, if God so clothe the grass of the field, which to day is, and to morrow is cast into the oven, shall HE not much more clothe you, O ye of little faith? 31 Therefore take no thought, saying, What shall we eat? or, What shall we drink? or, Wherewithal shall we be clothed? 32 (For after all these things do the Gentiles seek:) for your heavenly Father knoweth that ye have need of all these things. 33 But seek ye first the kingdom of God, and His righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you. 34 Take therefore no thought for the morrow: for the morrow shall take thought for the things of itself.   • The great tribulation will continue over many days, or possibly even years, when it does come. It will not be over quickly.

    (This podcast was previously recorded and published on June 29, 2020) Jesus Ministries, Joan Boney ... During the Coronavirus in 2020, we, in USA, were shut up in our homes for 3 months and we barely survived. One plague of the great tribulation is five months and there are 14 plagues. The endurance will be incredible during the great tribulation. The elect of God will barely survive. Jesus said: Matthew 24 21 For then shall be great tribulation, such as was not since the beginning of the world to this time, no, nor ever shall be. 22 And except those days should be shortened, there should no flesh be saved: but for the elect's sake those days shall be shortened. By this, we know some of the elect will go through the days of the great tribulation and those plagues that God is sending upon this earth. Also in one plague we see this: Revelation 9 3 And there came out of the smoke locusts upon the earth: and unto them was given power, as the scorpions of the earth have power. 4 And it was commanded them that they should not hurt the grass of the earth, neither any green thing, neither any tree; but only those men which have not the seal of God in their foreheads. By this we see some who have "the seal of God" in their foreheads will be living on this earth during the plagues that are coming. If any of us happen to be one of those, we will have to be able to endure the plagues. How to endure between now and then? Some church goers don't seem to understand Jesus is "The Word." ***** Prayer to God: Luke 21:36 Jesus says: Watch ye therefore, and pray always ... that ye may be accounted worthy to escape all these things that shall come to pass, and to stand before the Son of man. Watch what you are doing daily ... Pray over all things that concern you or trouble you ... Pray over all that you are considering doing on this earth ... Allow God to establish your thoughts. As we watch and pray, we are put in a position whereby we are accounted worthy to escape all these things that are coming upon this earth, the great tribulation ... and we stand before the Son of Man. *** Watch what you are doing daily. Conform to the instruction of that scripture which God calls to your attention. Meditate in the Word of God. Do the Word of God. Continue doing the Word of God. John 15 Jesus says: 1 I am the true vine, and my Father is the husbandman. 2 Every branch in ME that beareth not fruit HE (God) taketh away: and every branch that beareth fruit, HE (God) purgeth it, that it may bring forth more fruit. (If we fail to bear fruit, we are removed by God.) 3 Now ye are clean through the word which I have spoken unto you. (God speaks to us by HIS Spirit. HE causes the word which we need to follow at that specific time to stand out to us. Usually it is a scripture. We meditate on that Word and do that Word.) 4 Abide in ME, and I in you. As the branch cannot bear fruit of itself, except it abide in the vine; no more can ye, except ye abide in ME. (We must live daily in that Word for the Word is Jesus.) 5 I am the vine, ye are the branches: He that abideth in me, and I in him, the same bringeth forth much fruit: for without ME ye can do nothing. We live in those scriptures brought to us by the Holy Spirit of God. Meditate on them day and night. Do those scriptures.   • We will rise to meet the Lord "in the air"

    (This podcast was previously recorded and published on September 18, 2020) Jesus Ministries, Joan Boney ... One day, the Holy Spirit said to me, "In the air." I recalled that is in a scripture. When I looked it up I found it in the following: I Thessalonians 4 13 But I would not have you to be ignorant, brethren, concerning them which are asleep (dead), that ye sorrow not, even as others which have no hope. 14 For if we believe that Jesus died and rose again, even so them also which sleep in Jesus will God bring with Him. 15 For this we say unto you by the word of the Lord, that we which are alive and remain unto the coming of the Lord shall not prevent (precede) them which are asleep. 16 For the Lord Himself shall descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of the archangel, and with the trump of God: and the dead in Christ shall rise first: 17 Then we which are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds, to meet the Lord in the air: and so shall we ever be with the Lord. It is not that Jesus brings the dead in Christ to this present earth. But rather Jesus raises the dead in Christ and gathers them to Himself "in the air." Some will still be alive on this earth at that time. After the dead in Christ are raised, then Jesus will cause those who are alive on this earth to leave these physical bodies and be gathered to HIM "in the air." For there is a new heaven and a new earth wherein dwelleth righteousness. (II Peter 3) All who belong to God will be taken to this new heaven and new earth.     (This podcast was previously recorded and published on October 4, 2020) Jesus Ministries, Joan Boney ... Focus on what the New Testament Bible says concerning the matter at hand. We renew our minds to the Bible rather than considering that which people say about the subject. The Bible is truth from God. Concerning sexual intercourse: At the time of sexual intercourse the two become one flesh. Paul warns the men of his time: I Corinthians 6 Know ye not that your bodies are the members of Christ? shall I then take the members of Christ, and make them the members of an harlot? God forbid. 16 What? know ye not that he which is joined to an harlot is one body? for two, saith HE, shall be one flesh. 17 But he that is joined unto the Lord is one spirit. 18 Flee fornication. Every sin that a man doeth is without the body; but he that committeth fornication sinneth against his own body. 19 What? know ye not that your body is the temple of the Holy Ghost which is in you, which ye have of God, and ye are not your own? 20 For ye are bought with a price: therefore glorify God in your body, and in your spirit, which are God's. Notice that Paul says sexual sins are unlike all other sins. Verse 18: Sexual sins are sins against your own body. In I Corinthians 6, the apostle Paul also warns about other sins: And Paul says they that do such sins will not inherit the kingdom of God. 9 Know ye not that the unrighteous shall not inherit the kingdom of God? Be not deceived: neither fornicators, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor effeminate (homosexuals), nor abusers of themselves with mankind, 10 Nor thieves, nor covetous, nor drunkards, nor revilers, nor extortioners, shall inherit the kingdom of God. Christians are baptized unto the death of Christ that they might walk in newness of life serving God. (Romans 6) God gives each of us HIS own spirit to show us what to do on this present earth. (John 14:26 & John 16:13) And we have the New Testament Bible to confirm to us rules of God and the will of God. II Timothy 3:16-17 All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness: That the man of God may be perfect, throughly furnished unto all good works. So we renew our minds to the scriptures, seeing the will of God for us. We establish our way by scripture, building our house on that which God says as we walk on this present earth. Here are more things shared in this Podcast which enable us to renew our mind of that which God says. ***** Divorce/remarriage: I Corinthians 7:10-11 And unto the married I command, yet not I, but the Lord, Let not the wife depart from her husband: But and if she depart, let her remain unmarried, or be reconciled to her husband: and let not the husband put away his wife. Romans 7:1-3 Know ye not, brethren, (for I speak to them that know the law,) how that the law hath dominion over a man as long as he liveth? For the woman which hath an husband is bound by the law to her husband so long as he liveth; but if the husband be dead, she is loosed from the law of her husband. 3 So then if, while her husband liveth, she be married to another man, she shall be called an adulteress: but if her husband be dead, she is free from that law; so that she is no adulteress, though she be married to another man. Matthew 5:32 But I say unto you (says Jesus), That whosoever shall put away his wife, saving for the cause of fornication, causeth her to commit adultery: and whosoever shall marry her that is divorced committeth adultery. Matthew 19:9 And I (Jesus) say unto you, Whosoever shall put away his wife, except it be for fornication, and shall marry another, committeth adultery: and whoso marrieth her which is put away doth commit adultery. * If a faithful wife is divorced by her husband, she will commit adultery if she remarries. (Mt. 5:32) * The husband who divorced the faithful wife will be the cause of her adultery if she remarries. (Mt. 5:32) * The man who divorces a faithful wife and marries another woman commits adultery. (Mt. 19:9) * The man who marries the divorced woman commits adultery. (Mt. 5:32 & Mt. 19:9) Mark 10 6 But from the beginning of the creation God made them male and female. 7 For this cause shall a man leave his father and mother, and cleave to his wife; 8 And they twain shall be one flesh: so then they are no more twain, but one flesh. 9 What therefore God hath joined together, let not man put asunder. 11-12 And HE (Jesus) saith unto them, Whosoever shall put away his wife, and marry another, committeth adultery against her. Often when we think of a human, that we admire and of all the things that person has accomplished, we are nearly swept away. Then the Holy Spirit will say to me, concerning that person who has died, "But where is that person now?" All that matters is: "Was that person a godly person? If you want to give something to your children, give your children an example of a godly life in Christ Jesus. This is the greatest gift you could ever give to your children. There is a business which can trace your ancestry and often can tell you which country your relatives lived in before coming to America. But all that matters to me about my ancestors is this: Were they godly people? Did they belong to God? Did they serve God? This is the important thing for each of us. ***** Concerning money: I Timothy 6 5 Perverse disputings of men of corrupt minds, and destitute of the truth, supposing that gain is godliness: from such withdraw thyself. 6 But godliness with contentment is great gain. 7 For we brought nothing into this world, and it is certain we can carry nothing out. 8 And having food and raiment let us be therewith content. 9 But they that will be rich fall into temptation and a snare, and into many foolish and hurtful lusts, which drown men in destruction and perdition. 10 For the love of money is the root of all evil: which while some coveted after, they have erred from the faith, and pierced themselves through with many sorrows. 11 But thou, O man of God, flee these things; and follow after righteousness, godliness, faith, love, patience, meekness. 12 Fight the good fight of faith, lay hold on eternal life, whereunto thou art also called, and hast professed a good profession before many witnesses. 17 Charge them that are rich in this world, that they be not highminded, nor trust in uncertain riches, but in the living God, who giveth us richly all things to enjoy; 18 That they do good, that they be rich in good works, ready to distribute, willing to communicate; 19 Laying up in store for themselves a good foundation against the time to come, that they may lay hold on eternal life. *** Romans 2 12 For as many as have sinned without law shall also perish without law: and as many as have sinned in the law shall be judged by the law; 13 (For not the hearers of the law are just before God, but the doers of the law shall be justified. 14 For when the Gentiles, which have not the law, do by nature the things contained in the law, these, having not the law, are a law unto themselves: 15 Which shew the work of the law written in their hearts, their conscience also bearing witness, and their thoughts the mean while accusing or else excusing one another;) 💥💥💥💥💥 * For writings on additional subjects, click here: Jesus Ministries Exhortations Blog

  • The day the sun stops shinning

When the sun goes completely dark in the middle of the day ... we will know Jesus is on His way The following will happen on this earth: The powers of heaven shall be shaken. Jesus describes it as follows: Matthew 24 29 Immediately after the tribulation of those days shall the sun be darkened, and the moon shall not give her light, and the stars shall fall from heaven, and the powers of the heavens shall be shaken: 30 And then shall appear the sign of the Son of man in heaven: and then shall all the tribes of the earth mourn, and they shall see the Son of man coming in the clouds of heaven with power and great glory. At the end, the powers of heaven shall be shaken: In the 1980's, I had a dream where the earth slipped on its axis. People were terrified. The governments of men were meeting with scientists and religious leaders to see what could be done. A television newscaster was trying to give a report on TV, but he became so frightened that he could not speak so he just got up in the middle of the broadcast and walked off the stage. Nothing could be done about this event and it affected everyone on this present earth. A woman in our church group reported to us this dream: She and her husband were going out to buy a new TV. She was at the car waiting for her husband. All of a sudden the sky went totally black. She was terrified. She started to run back into the house but instead she just fell down on her knees. *** Jesus says: Matthew 24:35 Heaven and earth shall pass away, but MY words shall not pass away. While land seems very important, it, too will pass away, as God destroys this present earth with fire. II Peter 3:10 But the day of the Lord will come as a thief in the night; in the which the heavens shall pass away with a great noise, and the elements shall melt with fervent heat, the earth also and the works that are therein shall be burned up. The only thing that will not pass away is the Word of God. *** Luke 21 25 And there shall be signs in the sun, and in the moon, and in the stars; and upon the earth distress of nations, with perplexity; the sea and the waves roaring; 26 Men's hearts failing them for fear, and for looking after those things which are coming on the earth: for the powers of heaven shall be shaken. 27 And then shall they see the Son of man coming in a cloud with power and great glory. 28 And when these things begin to come to pass, then look up, and lift up your heads; for your redemption draweth nigh. 33 Heaven and earth shall pass away: but my words shall not pass away. 34 And take heed to yourselves, lest at any time your hearts be overcharged with surfeiting, and drunkenness, and cares of this life, and so that day come upon you unawares. 35 For as a snare shall it come on all them that dwell on the face of the whole earth. 36 Watch ye therefore, and pray always, that ye may be accounted worthy to escape all these things that shall come to pass, and to stand before the Son of man. *** Philippians 4:6 Be careful for nothing; but in every thing by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known unto God.
