Experience with God and teaching from God has given me a solid anchor for my soul, for from the time I was born again by God by HIS Spirit in 1975, God has shown me things the Holy Spirit does for the elect of God and by the Holy Spirit. And by that which God reveals to me by HIS Spirit, I know God will help me in each situation of this present life. When we are born again, we are sealed by God with the Spirit of God. Ephesians 1:13-14 In WHOM ye also trusted, after that ye heard the word of truth, the gospel of your salvation: in WHOM also after that ye believed, ye were sealed with that holy Spirit of promise, Which is the earnest of our inheritance until the redemption of the purchased possession, unto the praise of HIS glory. The Holy Spirit helps us in these ways: John 14:26 Jesus says: But the Comforter, which is the Holy Ghost, whom the Father will send in MY name, HE shall teach you all things, and bring all things to your remembrance, whatsoever I have said unto you. John 16:13 Howbeit when HE, the Spirit of truth, is come, HE will guide you into all truth: for HE shall not speak of HIMSELF; but whatsoever HE shall hear (from God), that shall HE speak: and HE will shew you things to come. In this Podcast, I record examples of that which they do when we speak godly things to them in church groups. ***** Pam Padgett rented a room from a woman who was twice divorced and attended the single's class at the church Pam attended. When this woman began seeking another husband, Pam warned her that, according to the Bible, the divorced woman who remarries commits adultery. This woman said to Pam, "I don't care what the Bible says." Pam was so shocked that a woman who calls herself a Christian and attends a church didn't care what the Bible says. This woman found a man in the singles class at church and planned to marry him. Pam went to this man and told him it would be adultery if he married this divorced woman. Matthew 5:32 Jesus says: But I say unto you, That whosoever shall put away his wife, saving for the cause of fornication, causeth her to commit adultery: and whosoever shall marry her that is divorced committeth adultery. - The divorced woman who remarries commits adultery. - The man who marries a divorced woman commits adultery. Also Jesus said: Mark 10: 11 And HE saith unto them, Whosoever shall put away his wife, and marry another, committeth adultery against her. 12 And if a woman shall put away her husband, and be married to another, she committeth adultery. This man said he would think about it. (But he went ahead with the planned wedding.) Pam knew the maid of honor, so she went to this woman and told her that if these people married, they would commit adultery, according to the Bible. This woman said to Pam, "I know it will be adultery, but they will marry anyway, so I'm going to go ahead and be the maid of honor." (I Timothy 5:22 neither be partaker of other men's sins: keep thyself pure.) At that same time, Pam moved to housing that was farther away from that church group so she stopped going to the singles class but continued going to the main service on Sunday mornings. The singles always sat together at the 11:00 service. Pam went to the place where they always sat and sat there but no one from the singles class came to sit in that area. Pam saw them sitting farther back in the auditorium. Then the next Sunday, Pam went to the new area in the auditorium where the singles sat, but the singles were now sitting in the old area. The next week, the singles were already sitting in the auditorium when Pam arrived at the church building. Pam went to that area and sat down with the singles class. Without saying a word, they got up and moved away from Pam. Pam cried out to God, "What have I done wrong?" A few weeks later, a woman from that church came to Pam and said. "I have a word from God for you. God knows how the people in the singles class are treating you and that it is because you have warned about the ...

We who are servants of God want to go in the way that is approved by God. Therefore the apostle Paul says to us: And be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what is that good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of God. (Romans 12:2) We renew our minds to the New Testament Bible. 2 Timothy 3:16-17 All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness: That the man of God may be perfect, throughly furnished unto all good works. One day I was reading the following scripture: Isaiah 54:17 No weapon that is formed against thee shall prosper; and every tongue that shall rise against thee in judgment thou shalt condemn. This is the heritage of the servants of the LORD, and their righteousness is of me, saith the LORD. Our righteousness is of God because that which we are thinking of doing was authored by God so our righteousness is of God for what we are about to do was God's plan and not our own idea! God says: Have not I commanded thee? Be strong and of a good courage; be not afraid, neither be thou dismayed: for the LORD thy God is with thee whithersoever thou goest. (Joshua 1:9) Matthew 7:21-23 Jesus says: Not every one that saith unto ME, Lord, Lord, shall enter into the kingdom of heaven; but he that doeth the will of my Father which is in heaven. 22 Many will say to me in that day, Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in thy name? and in thy name have cast out devils? and in thy name done many wonderful works? 23 And then will I profess unto them, I never knew you: depart from me, ye that work iniquity.   • God changes us dramatically from that person we once were

    (This podcast was previously published on May 10, 2021) Jesus Ministries, Joan Boney ... As we live on this earth, God often uses events of this life to make significant changes in us. On television, they were showing a very "great" house which belonged to a famous person. As I looked at that house on TV, I found I was so glad that I didn't have that house. How different I am now! What happened? God changed my heart! And I realized that God used an interesting event to change me. In February, 2019, I moved from Texas to Colorado. I put my house in Texas on the real estate market. It did not sell, though I often asked God to bring a buyer to that house. For 1 1/2 years it remained on the market. When it did sell, I was so grateful to God that it was "finally" over, for it burdened me when I thought of it before it sold! Now I was free! Ever since that time, I have had no desire to have the responsibility again of dealing with property. I suspect the delay in the sale of the house was used by God for my benefit to show me how wonderful it is to be free from physical property! God arranged for me to live in the home of one of our church group. She is truly born again and has the Spirit of God and follows God. This has been better for me than any previous time of my 83 years of this life! Sometimes when we have gone through a trial, we can look back and see how it helped us to have that trial. Romans 8:28 And we know that all things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are the called according to HIS purpose. ***** The first big change comes when we are born again by God, by HIS Holy Spirit who now lives in us. First, we were born of our parents, of the flesh, by the will of humans. We walked in the flesh, doing the things of the flesh. Galatians 5:19-21 Now the works of the flesh are manifest, which are these; Adultery, fornication, uncleanness, lasciviousness, 20 Idolatry, witchcraft, hatred, variance, emulations, wrath, strife, seditions, heresies, 21 Envyings, murders, drunkenness, revellings, and such like: of the which I tell you before, as I have also told you in time past, that they which do such things shall not inherit the kingdom of God. *** When we are born again by God by HIS Spirit, we then are changed by God, and the Spirit of God lives in us, and we walk in the Spirit of God, doing as the Spirit shows us to do on this earth. Galatians 5:22-26 But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, longsuffering, gentleness, goodness, faith, 23 Meekness, temperance: against such there is no law. 24 And they that are Christ's have crucified the flesh with the affections and lusts. 25 If we live in the Spirit, let us also walk in the Spirit. 26 Let us not be desirous of vain glory, provoking one another, envying one another. The flesh tries to rise up in us to get us to do the will of our flesh. But now the Holy Spirit of God lives in us and the Spirit rises up to show us the will of God and we keep our flesh crucified by choosing to go in the way of the Spirit, causing our own flesh to "suffer" because it no longer gets to run wild in us doing it's own will as it once did. If we follow the Spirit, doing as the Spirit instructs, it is life. To follow our flesh is death to us. Romans 8 1 There is therefore now no condemnation to them which are in Christ Jesus, who walk not after the flesh, but after the Spirit. 2 For the law of the Spirit of life in Christ Jesus hath made me free from the law of sin and death. 3 For what the law could not do, in that it was weak through the flesh, God sending HIS own Son in the likeness of sinful flesh, and for sin, condemned sin in the flesh: 4 That the righteousness of the law might be fulfilled in us, who walk not after the flesh, but after the Spirit. 5 For they that are after the flesh do mind the things of the flesh; but they that are after the Spirit the things of the Spirit. (Our flesh brings thoughts and ideas trying to lead us to go in the ways of the flesh. But the Spirit brings opposite ideas showing us another way to go, which is the way of God.) 6 For to be carnally minded is death; but to be spiritually minded is life and peace. 7 Because the carnal mind is enmity against God: for it is not subject to the law of God, neither indeed can be. 8 So then they that are in the flesh cannot please God. 9 But ye are not in the flesh, but in the Spirit, if so be that the Spirit of God dwell in you. Now if any man have not the Spirit of Christ, he is none of his. 10 And if Christ be in you, the body is dead because of sin; but the Spirit is life because of righteousness. 11 But if the Spirit of HIM that raised up Jesus from the dead dwell in you, HE that raised up Christ from the dead shall also quicken your mortal bodies by HIS Spirit that dwelleth in you. 12 Therefore, ...

Through the years since I have been born again, God has "restored my soul" many times as I have been troubled. He sent HIS Word and healed me and delivered me! Instantly! Example: I was 83-years-old when this happened. All of a sudden thoughts began to bombard my mind. "What if this happens? What if that happens." I cried out to God, "Help me!" Instantly I heard this from the Holy Spirit: "God will supply all your needs." "That's right." I exclaimed! The Holy Spirit reminds us of all that Jesus has said. The Holy Spirit is "The Comforter." John 14:26 Jesus said: But the Comforter, which is the Holy Ghost, whom the Father will send in MY name, HE shall teach you all things, and bring all things to your remembrance, whatsoever I have said unto you. Matthew 11:28-30 Jesus says: Come unto ME, all ye that labour and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest. Take MY yoke upon you, and learn of ME; for I am meek and lowly in heart: and ye shall find rest unto your souls. For MY yoke is easy, and MY burden is light. Mark 10 2 And the Pharisees came to HIM (to Jesus), and asked HIM, Is it lawful for a man to put away his wife? tempting HIM. 3 And HE answered and said unto them, What did Moses command you? 4 And they said, Moses suffered to write a bill of divorcement, and to put her away. 5 And Jesus answered and said unto them, For the hardness of your heart he wrote you this precept. 6 But from the beginning of the creation God made them male and female. 7 For this cause shall a man leave his father and mother, and cleave to his wife; 8 And they twain shall be one flesh: so then they are no more twain, but one flesh. (also please see 1 Corinthians 6:15-19) 9 What therefore God hath joined together, let not man put asunder. 10 And in the house HIS disciples asked HIM again of the same matter. 11 And HE saith unto them, Whosoever shall put away his wife, and marry another, committeth adultery against her. 12 And if a woman shall put away her husband, and be married to another, she committeth adultery. God hates divorce. As we read the New Testament Bible, we see the Word of God which shows us how we, who belong to God, are to live on this present earth. I John 3:24 And he that keepeth HIS commandments dwelleth in HIM, and HE in him. And hereby we know that HE abideth in us, by the Spirit which HE hath given us. When we belong to God, HE gives us HIS Holy Spirit to live in us and to teach us and to guide us. We follow the Spirit of God, walking in HIM as we do HIS instructions. We no longer follow the will of our own flesh as we once did. Now we follow that which the Spirit of God shows us, walking in the Word of God and walking in the will of God. We keep our flesh crucified with Christ, the Word, as we do the Word, refusing to obey that which our flesh desires. 2 Corinthians 5:17 Therefore if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature: old things are passed away; behold, all things are become new. Now we are born again by God by HIS Spirit and HIS Spirit lives in us. 1 Corinthians 3:16 Know ye not that ye are the temple of God, and that the Spirit of God dwelleth in you? It is not that we go to church. Now we are the church, for God is in us by HIS Spirit and we now follow HIM. Therefore Jesus says to us: John 10:27-30 MY sheep hear MY voice, and I know them, and they follow ME: And I give unto them eternal life; and they shall never perish, neither shall any pluck them out of MY hand. MY Father, which gave them ME, is greater than all; and no (none) is able to pluck them out of MY Father's hand. I and MY Father are one. After we are born again by God and have HIS Spirit, we want to read the Bible. We want to hear things of God. We are new creations, created by God by HIS Spirit who speaks God's word to us. I Corinthians 6:9-11 Know ye not that the unrighteous shall not inherit the kingdom of God? Be not deceived: neither fornicators, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor effeminate (homosexuals), nor abusers of themselves with mankind, nor thieves, nor covetous, nor drunkards, nor revilers, nor extortioners, shall inherit the kingdom of God. 11 And such were some of you: but ye are washed, but ye are sanctified, but ye are justified in the name of the Lord Jesus, and by the Spirit of our God. We no longer live the way we once lived. We no longer desire to do and to say those things we once did and said. We are now new creatures, created by God by HIS Spirit Who now lives in us. Now we serve God instead of serving ourselves as we once did. We abide in God's Word and we walk in HIS Word, obeying HIM. God changed us. It is not that we changed ourselves. God changed us! Now we are born again by God by HIS Spirit. ***** After we are born again and have God's Spirit living in us, we do the works of the Spirit of God. Galatians 5 16 This I say then, Walk in the Spirit, and ye shall not fulfil the lust of the flesh. 17 For the flesh lusteth against the Spirit, and the Spirit against the flesh: and these are contrary the one to the other: so that ye cannot do the things that ye would. 18 But if ye be led of the Spirit, ye are not under the law. Instead of beating people as we once did, now, because of the Spirit that is in us, we want to help other people. The Holy Spirit would never seek adultery or fornication for that would hurt other people. Now because of the Spirit that is in us, we walk in love toward others. It is not that we try to love. We love them because of that Spirit Who loves and lives in us. Now love and all the fruits of the Spirit are inside of us because the Holy Spirit lives inside of us. He sees the sheep eating away at the grass of the pasture and the shepherd knows they will consume the pasture in a short time and the shepherd begins to look for new grasslands where there will be plenty of food and water for the sheep. God watches over us this way and makes provision for us. God provided for Elisha the prophet. 2 Kings 4:8-11 And it fell on a day, that Elisha passed to Shunem, where was a great woman; and she constrained him to eat bread. And so it was, that as oft as he passed by, he turned in thither to eat bread. 9 And she said unto her husband, Behold now, I perceive that this is an holy man of God, which passeth by us continually. 10 Let us make a little chamber, I pray thee, on the wall; and let us set for him there a bed, and a table, and a stool, and a candlestick: and it shall be, when he cometh to us, that he shall turn in thither. 11 And it fell on a day, that he came thither, and he turned into the chamber, and lay there. Everything was provided for him. In 2018, my heart changed on several things. I had a big house in Texas and I no longer wanted a big house. I wanted one room with all my stuff around me. (God was preparing me for a change that was coming very soon.) Also I realized I was not going to be able to live alone as I had done before. (I was 81.) On December 6, 2018, I fell at my house in Texas. As the ambulance workers rolled me past my front door to take me to hospital, I heard from God: "You'll never see this house again." God had prepared everything for me to move to another pasture where I would be cared for. All I had to do is to go through each door as it opened for me!
