1. Isabella "Izzy" Tichenor, a 10-year-old Black and autistic child, died by suicide after experiencing relentless unaddressed bullying.

2. A black schoolgirl was strip searched by police while on her period after being wrongly suspected of carrying cannabis.

3. A Black girl attacked outside a Surrey school.

4. Police are examining new footage of an incident in which a white woman allegedly hit a 12-year-old black boy in the face with a canoe paddle .
