    This weekend I interview Justin Nault...whose talent is so undeniable, it's delightful! Beginning as a childhood musical prodigy, and eventually performing over 300 nights a year, Justin changed everything when his niece was born with a very rare disease.
    Unexpectedly, Justin found himself researching just what would actually nourish his niece, who was simply struggling to survive.

    And that, as Robert Frost would say, has made all the difference! After this, Justin founded Clovis and Personal Evaluation Coaching, dedicated to helping people recover their metabolisms as well as their health. He is a certified Nutritional Therapist and Specialist in Sports and Fitness Nutrition, and has a devoted following, as you can see from his Tik Tok as well as Insta! (you can watch Justin and his FAB musical abilities here! -as well as get a sense of his hilarious sense of humor!)
    Our conversation was far ranging and filled with MAGIC...he is absolutely someone who GETS IT, and by it, I mean that our world is filled with potential, with possibility and with enough dreams for everyone! I hope you enjoy this interview as much as I enjoyed meeting Justin!

How very perfect it is that I interview Rich, then, a man who has dedicated over two decades to keeping this country safe! He is a leader, a mentor AND, someone who believes in his unit and his people-and the miracle stories he tells this week speak of bravery, of brilliance and of NOT letting getting injured in WAR slow ANYBODY down! The camaraderie and love that he fostered with his people is a gorgeous thing to hear and I suspect, speaks volumes about just who Rich is! To find out more about this inspiring human, click here!

    My guest this week is AMAZING!!! Besides for being a Functional Medicine Doctor, she is also an Integrative Medicine Specialist as well as a Doctor of Oriental Medicine! We talk acupuncture, the heart, what our hearts are trying to tell us and WHY, OH WHY it is so very essential to listen to this organ nicknamed THE EMPEROR in Oriental Medicine! Sigh...you know I love a good conversation about acupuncture, grief and our hearts...and just how everything in our bodies is so very connected!

    Momoko tells a poignant story this week of needing to be at the bedside of her Mother during Covid and how, at the very last instant, she was able to get where she just had to be! The story is simple, profound and should remind us all that everything conspires to get us where we are needed, we just need to NEVER GIVE UP!
