In this episode we talk about Reid's background from FFA in high school to heavy equipment wrenching to service manager to now being a professor, trying to teach the next generation and get them into not only the trades but teach them about agronomy and what it takes start to finish in farming. I love what this is all about and hope we can all help get more folks into his classroom, hope y'all enjoy the episode!
