In this episode of the CYM podcast, we are talking about postpartum depression and anxiety. This is a hugely important issue that affects many mothers, but it's often shrouded in shame and secrecy. In this episode, we interview a mother of three who has battled postpartum depression and anxiety, who overcame and even became a volunteer who specializes in helping women with these issues. We hope that by sharing her story and experiences we can break the taboo around postpartum mental health and provide some support to those who need it.
