The Producer (Teja Arboleda) arrives at Shin Jiya, the Asian district, to meet with Chief Lingyun Chen (Michael Tow). It is believed that tens of thousands of non-Whites were smuggled through Shin Jiya, then deposited in the Northern Imperial, the White district, to work as indentured servants. If the Chief can confirm this, it would be a good start to finding several very important people - the primary goal of his mission.

Caucus: After The Fall is a 9-part, futuristic and apocalyptic audio podcast series that poses the question - what would happen if the United States was divided into race districts?

Each episode features the leader of a different "race" district, uncovering the secrets and lies through the experiences each leader has had before the race districts were created.
