He has over 20 years of experience as a Chief Executive Officer, Chief Operations Officer, and Executive Director. Has experience with matters such as capital campaign planning, program development, conference management, board optimization, and strategic communications oversight. A change agent who understands the importance of staff development and diversity inclusion. Former elected official with strategic relationships at the local, state and federal level.

Samuel Jasper is a native of Atlanta, Georgia, and currently holds the position of Materials Engineer at the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) George C Marshall Space Flight Center in Huntsville, Alabama. He obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Physics from Morehouse College and a Master’s degree in Materials Engineering from the University of Alabama at Birmingham.

Throughout his upbringing, Sam has always possessed a fervent interest in mathematics and science. This passion has propelled him to establish a successful career in engineering within the space industry. Presently, Sam is actively involved in projects aimed at enabling humans to reside and operate on the Moon once more, with the ultimate goal of facilitating the first human landing on Mars.
