Before this Jon was the Director of Sports Performance at the University of Maine for eight years. He also currently serves as the Executive Committee Chair, NSCA Football Special Interest Group (SIG).

These two areas are how I know Jon so well. Towson and Maine are in the same football conference, so our teams competed against each other for five years. And now we work on the NSCA Football SIG together.
