    Jul 27 2024

It follows a report in the Teagasc National Farm survey that incomes on dairy and tillage farms have fallen drastically from 2022 to 2023, with average incomes reducing 71% and 69% respectively. There are fears from within the sector that without governmental support many farmers will be not able to continue their livelihoods.
