    This Cleaner World Association (CWA) podcast is about why the CWA was formed by Joe Rose, why he invited Adam Cowper-Smith to join as the chairperson and what is hoped to be achieved through membership of it.  The CWA was formed specifically to support the cleaning industry with reducing its environmental impact, by improving what it does to become more sustainable, while in doing so increase productivity and profitability.  There is discussion about how cleaning organisations have it within their power to make substantial, sustainable improvements to their operations, that will benefit them and the environment.  Carbon neutrality is discussed, how offsetting really doesn't contribute to carbon reduction and how cleaning companies really can make a beneficial impact, simply by considering what alternatives they are able to implement in stead of following the standard practices that are the norm.
