  • About Chrissy

    Chrissy Allison is the founder of Mindful Math Coach whose core purpose is to help schools increase student achievement in K-8 math. Since 2016, she's worked to answer the question: How can we support students with unfinished learning in math? A former teacher, instructional coach, and Director of Math Professional Learning, Chrissy has deep expertise about what it takes to shift teachers’ mindsets and instructional practices. She shares these unique insights and simple strategies through online workshops, 1-on-1 mentorship, and as host of The Mindful Math Podcast. Her goal? Improve students’ day-to-day experience in math class WHILE accelerating growth. A 'coach of coaches,' Chrissy is honored to work with principals, math coaches, and instructional leadership teams in this important work.
