    Professor Rebecca Jones is joined by Verity Hannell, Daniel Wallace and guest speaker Carol Kauffman PhD for the fourth episode of our latest series of Coaching@Henley podcast.

    In this episode Verity Hannell, Lecturer in Coaching for Behavioural Change at Henley Business School, interviews Carol Kauffman. Carol works with C-level leaders, Founders, and world level athletes and artists. She has been Assistant Professor at Harvard Medical School for over 25 years, where she won a $2m award to launch their Institute of Coaching. Her Leader as Coach programme won the Harvard’s award for creating a culture of excellence. She is described as a lateral thinker who pushes the edges with a sense of humour and can disrupt someone out of their comfort zone. Verity talks to Carol about purpose in leadership, asking why leaders need to identify their purpose and what purpose-led coaching looks like in practice.

    This is followed by our “You ask us” segment, where Professor Rebecca Jones, Verity Hannell and Daniel Wallace discuss questions which are sent in by our listeners in the coaching community.     Professor Rebecca Jones is joined by Jude Fairweather, Dr Holly Andrews and guest speaker Dr Tim Anstiss for the third episode of our latest series of Coaching@Henley podcast.

Tim is a medical doctor by training and has trained in a range of different approaches to coaching and behavioural change.
