    In this installment of the training episodes, we again have Aine Brennan on for a chat. We go through how Aine coped with balancing life and training as we prepped for her first ever Powerlifting competition. We go through one of the big issues we had with her programming, which took us some time to program through, but listen along to how we arrived at our current training cycle. Once we talked through her programming, we then go into her plans for a future competition; we chat of her weight class she wishes to compete at, what numbers she would love to hit and where her next competition is. Liam asks Aine to try go into some detail on gym issues she seems to be encountering at the moment and some possible fixes to her training to keep her on plan. Towards the end, as per usual Liam runs out of content (as he never plans out the episodes hahah). Aine & Liam also chat about the importance of open communication between client and coach, which may be interesting to some people. For the last 5 minutes, Aine asks Liam on his plans for the near future with his Current injury and how he may be going about his rehab. Kev asks Liam through his thought process to see what his plan will be to rehab the injury. For once this episode looks into more of Liam's mind towards an injury and how he may rehab. The two boys then go over a past injury that liam had and how he dealt with the mentally and how Liam may attack this rehab stint... Firstly we're we'll have the pod about mental heath, secondly, which is this one, we're going to talk to Kevin and or guests about their own training and how it effects their every day lives. To keep it simple, we said we'd record the first one with just Liam talking to how Kevin feel about starting to train for a powerlifting meet that we're going to set for 12 months down the line. As always we stick to the same format, of the two of us not doing any plan on the episode and just going with the flow, so listen and laugh along to the guys just being themselves...

The main reason behind the plan for this one is to maybe to allow Kev to realise he may be doing too much. Kev talks his way through how he feels about work and keeping 'Switched on' the whole time and how it makes him feel. Later through the episode kev switched things up on Liam and asks a couple of questions to see his thought process on a few things in his life that may have shaped the two of the lads in their own ways respectivley.
