  • In this episode Dr Nichola Stefanou, Director of clinical practice for Home Group meets with other members of the team to reflect on how Home Group have dealt with the Coronavirus pandemic so far. They discuss the challenges of supporting the frontline services and communicating effectively with both customers with complex care needs and colleagues. They discuss some of the issues they faced and how, despite the demands of the pandemic, they have continued to develop a new programme to help transfer customers from the Transforming Care programme from institutionalised environments to their own homes in the community.  Despite recording this episode in warm summer sunshine, the team also look ahead and discuss the strategies they are putting in place to plan for the coming winter.   Learn more about your ad choices.
