Baumeister, was an anesthesiologist, and his mother, Elizabeth Baumeister, was a homemaker. They provided a loving home with the essentials. However, Herbert, or Herb, as he's often called, exhibited early signs of troubled behavior. It’s often believed that his behavior was a red flag for what was to come.
