very informative

all pretty nice and scencent....good points made ...but main thing it gives me a former military officer insight into actual ucmj cases

as bases recorder I was responsible as a young Lt as prosecutor for crimes that involved dismissal from service

a recorder is basically a line officer given temporary duty to handle cases where the military is attempting to discharge a soldier based on pervious court martial ....

the soldier gets a JAG officer as defense..

I wish I would have access to those podcast 40 years ago ...as I had no idea what I was doing

won one ..lost one ...then went back to my job as an infantry officer

thanks guys for putting this together

I am actually going to law school now
