  • CJ left Belgium, her birth country, 28 years ago and settled in London to learn the English language. She married and moved to Australia in 2004 with her then-husband and their 4-month-old first child. CJ recounts the start of an exceptionally long and exhausting journey from being a domestic violence survivor to being a free and happy woman. CJ currently works as a Learning & Development Coordinator on the Sunshine Coast.
