  • Criminal charges have been dropped against Alec Baldwin over a fatal on-set shooting in New Mexico.

    A Cinematographer was killed by a live bullet fired from a prop gun by Baldwin during filming.

    The Emmy-award winning actor was charged with two counts of involuntary manslaughter.

    International Correspondent Dan Mitchinson told Heather du Plessis-Allan that charges have now been dropped but they could be re-introduced.

    He says it didn't stop Baldwin and the cast from returning to set today for the first full day of filming since the incident.
