  • Darlene Franklin-Campbell is an award-winning author, artist, and educator from southern Kentucky. Her works have appeared in multiple journals, magazines, newspapers, anthologies and literary reviews.

    Her novels, I Listened, Momma, Touched and Looking for Pork Chop McQuade are available at most bookstores and wherever books are sold. Her paintings have been featured in southern galleries and international publications and were recently a part of the two-year traveling exhibit, Native Reflections, hosted by the Kentucky Arts Council and the Kentucky Native American Heritage Council. Darlene holds a Master of Arts degree from Lindsey Wilson College, has engaged in post-graduate work at Western Kentucky University and is an alumna of Campbellsville University. She is a member of the Elizabeth Maddox Roberts Society, as well as several other artistic, historical and literary organizations.
