Let's focus on what really matters

Excellent bite-sized reflection on focusing on what we can control. By not focusing on what is beyond our control actually aids in achieving internal peace and spending more time in improving oneself.

Sales pitch for his course

I was really interested in listening to this and had read some good reviews on Darren. Unfortunately though, this podcast is just a vehicle to get people to sign up for his paid content. It's just full of advertising and plugs for his books and website.

Deleted.
