  • David White made his West End debut as a Musical Director when the opportunity to conduct the new musical LES MISERABLES for Cameron Mackintosh landed in his lap; which also made him the youngest Musical Director in West End history at the age of 25. Since then, he has Conducted, Orchestrated and/or Music Supervised for numerous shows around the world including the West End production of SUNSET BOULEVARD with Glenn Close, international productions of THE PHANTOM OF THE OPERA, the original production of WITCHES OF EASTWICK, and has guest conducted Disney’s THE LION KING on West End. David was made a Fellow of the Royal Academy of Music in London for his contribution to musical theatre, where he also continues to teach the Musical Direction and Coaching course of the Master’s program in Musical Theater.
