The Trial of Santa Claus is now in its tenth day, and we are inviting you - our listeners - to decide the fate of Saint Nick. As our appointed members of the jury, you will hear evidence from our prosecution and defence - and you will be able to cast your vote. The prosecution - led by Matt Millard - argues that there is no room at the inn for the Nativity anymore, calling for a Silent Night at long last. Whilst the defence - led by Dan McLaughlin - believes that the Little Donkey should keep on plodding onward with its precious load. After hearing the evidence, we are inviting you to have your say about today's court proceedings.
