My know found JOY

Made it easy to meditate everyday because it’s quick & to the point.
Wish it would play in order. When I started at day 1 it would end then it’ll would jump to day 21.

A perfect introduction to meditation

I found it informative, easy to follow and understand. this is not a religious or even really a spiritual
guide, but a simple guide to entering the discipline of meditation.

No one is trying to sell you anything is one of the thing I loved about this set of talks.

Progressively Deeper
