Jaime Reyes was born in Puerto Rico and migrated to Philadelphia when he was 8 years old. He says that the transition was difficult at first dealing with different weather, living conditions, different language, and worst of all, the widespread racism, but he survived and, in time, overcame the obstacles. He retired from law enforcement and has published two books. THE FEAR OF DEATH AND WHAT COMES AFTER: AWESOME!!
