  • Today was a special day posting "Everything is not FINE" because the picture I chose was a from a helicopter crash on my 6th deployment as a Team Chief and Steve was my Leading Petty Officer (second in command) on the scene.

    Also today I heard about the unrest boiling in Brazil which made me think of Fernanda, his wife. Now with this show rolling, I think this is a perfect time to pause and make a public apology to her for robbing her of so much of her time with her husband when I was his boss in the military.

    Listen along as I explain how the over penetration into peoples lives in the military and the ripple effects it can have on families if leaders are not conscious.
