Dinosaurs: This show is not biologically accurate

  • Summary

  • What would happen if someone was given a ton of money and free reign to create a show that was conceived in the brain of Jim Henson?

Well you don't have to wonder because it was created. A sitcom full of animatronic masses of latex and silicone, a catchphrase machine in the form of a baby megalosaurus, and gallons of anti-fungal cream for the actors inside those suits graced the TGIF lineup in the early 90's.

This "historic" show used a combination of expert puppetry and satire to become a forward-thinking sitcom that tackled everyday family issues through the lens of anthropomorphic dinosaurs.

If you ever wished the show Roseanne was made of Muppets, then this is the series for you.

According to popular opinion on the internet: The best episode of this series is season 2 episode 2: Family Challenge While the worst is season 2 episode 22: Slave to Fashion
