Justin, Carlos & Peter who normal eschews all forms of physical exercise visit one of the CSE Trust projects "Man On!" a sports-based mental wellbeing programme designed to support men aged 18+ with their mental health through physical activity and a conversation café. The programme brings together a group of men who share the same interest in sport and have similar struggles and helps build positive relationships and support networks to grow and improve together.

We speak with some of the coaches, facilitators and player participants about what we think is a fantastic initiative (amongst many) that shows the club remain the community club and find out that even this good work has to adapt whilst the club is out of the premier league and we hear about some of the great things that supporters, sponsors and others do to raise money to allow this and other fabulous community projects.

Carlos, Jason, Hemal a& Pete enjoy a full Scottish breakfast the morning after the night before when a mixed squad went to Easter Road and grabbed a 3-2 win with some really impressive performances especially from the younger players pushing for more regular first team inclusion.

Topics covered include - drunk karaoke DJ's , irn bru, deep fried mars bars, our Scottish ambassador Abby (who was great fun), precisely what was in the haggis that we had with breakfast, why Hibernian stewards were really nice but couldn't let Carlos in to the executive area dressed as he was!!!

Through to Garth Southgates 3rd Semi-final in 4 tournaments and performed well in the penalty shoot out - so are we churlish to criticize a performance that whilst better still fell short of our hopes and expectations pre-tournament.
