• The Middle of Somewhere (Episode #15)
    Dec 6 2024

This week sees a re-name of the do it different podcast. I felt that as our journey together progresses, "do it different" didn't reflect especially accurately the topics we are covering.

What I intended to cover with this podcast: how to do things differently for better results, wasn't as interesting as where the podcast has ended up: realising that we easily lose sight of the things that really matter in life, and what to do to discover the best version of ourselves, by focusing on the things that matter for a more meaningful life.

As I begin writing a book about the same subject, it made sense - to me at least - to rename the podcast so it fits with what our weekly time together is about: the things that really matter.

Thank you for listening, I hope you enjoy this week's episode :)

  • Choosing One's Own Way (Episode #14)
    Nov 26 2024

Viktor Frankl believed that one of the greatest human freedoms is our ability to choose one's own way. What if we have more choice than we believe we have - and what if we made specific choices each day to help us become the best version of ourselves?

  • Where to Start (Episode #13)
    Nov 19 2024

Knowing you want to do something different, or to see different results is one thing, but knowing what to do to achieve it is another thing entirely. This week I offer, from my own personal experience, several ways to begin the journey to discovering the best version of yourselves. One of them is probably quite controversial - but it's the one that helped me the most.

Thank you for listening, and enjoy!
