  • Dr Poornima Luthra is a recognized author, keynote speaker, business consultant, and leading practitioner-academic in the field of talent management and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI).

    She is the author of Leading Through Bias (Palgrave-Macmillan, January 2024), The Art of Active Allyship (November 2022), and Diversifying Diversity (May 2021) and is a contributor to Harvard Business Review on topics related to DEI.

    An Associate Professor at the Copenhagen Business School and the founder and CEO of TalentED Consultancy, she is a passionate purpose-driven educator who believes in the power of positive change and influence through education. Through her teaching and practitioner research, she actively works to shift mindsets in the area of talent management and leadership, with a focus on diversity and inclusion.
