  • Teleka Patrick was raised in New York and graduated with a medical degree and a doctorate in biochemistry from Loma Linda University in California. The very promising, 30 year-old psychiatry resident, lived in Kalamazoo, Michigan since the summer of 2013 when she started her medical residency at Borgess Medical Center.

    Dr. Patrick was reported missing to the Kalamazoo County Sheriff’s Department on December 5th of 2013. This case would remain a mystery until Teleka’s body was found 100 miles away, in Lake Charles (which is in Indiana), 4 months later in April of 2014.
