In my kitchen this week I am joined by the gorgeous Yasmin to talk about her brand KODO, all things clean beauty and the power of fragrance when it comes to wellness, creating a moment or bringing back a memory.

While we all strive to improve our well-being through diet, exercise, and sleep, we often overlook the impact of the fragrances and creams we apply to our bodies and spray in our homes. The ingredients in these products can significantly affect our wellness and hormones

Yasmin, a fragrance enthusiast, noticed a gap in the market for home fragrances and clean beauty. She founded KODO to fill this void. Inspired by the Japanese tradition of KODO, where people gather to appreciate the art of incense, Yasmin aims to instil this same appreciation for fragrance. She encourages incorporating KODO into wellness routines, highlighting the health benefits of its clean ingredients and power to evoke memories of your favourite foodie moments.
