  • In this episode Rebecca invites Valentine Shade Hoy to reveal the story of his life and his relationship with philosophy, religion and meditation. After having spent 2 and a half years in a Monastery in Myanmar and having become a monk, Valentine suddenly becomes very sick and is obliged to leave his new home. His time outside of the Monastery brings him to cross paths with Rebecca's life. Having learned so much from the relationship with Valentine, Rebecca asks him to share how curvy (but at the same time perfect) his trajectory was before finding his way to "enlightenment" in a Monastery in Myanmar as well as the biggest insights Monkhood has brought to him.
