In this chapter, King Parikshit asks sage Shukadeva Goswami several questions about the creation of the universe and the activities of the Supreme Lord. Parikshit inquires about the process of creation, the structure of the universe, and the various incarnations of the Lord. He seeks to understand the transcendental activities of the Lord and the process by which one can achieve liberation. ### Chapter 9: Answers by Citing the Lord's Version Sage Shukadeva Goswami begins to answer King Parikshit's questions by describing the teachings of Lord Brahma, the first created being.
