George Vaillant, who directed the study for over three decades, has said that a central finding is the strong correlation between “the warmth of our relationships” and our long-term health and happiness.

Dad Mode focuses on the warmth of our relationships by providing 25 ways dads can connect with their children. The book combines the latest research, my personal experiences, and practical action steps to empower and inspire dads in their efforts to connect.
