When an energy comes up, instead of avoiding it, look it straight in the eye and ask what it wants to reveal. Often, or I would even dare to say every time, when an energy or emotion comes up, it’s not about the first thing that comes up. There is always something underneath the surface. You just have to be willing to see what it is. And how do you get to see what it is? Ask a question.
